1. What this site is

Via Moto is an independent study guide for the Portuguese category-A motorcycle theory exam. It is not an official IMT publication and does not provide legal or licensing advice.

2. Data we collect

We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking. The site stores only functional preferences in your own browser (localStorage): your chosen language, practice-reminder settings and your cookie choice. This data never leaves your device.

3. Contact form

The contact form opens your own email app with a pre-filled message. Your name, email and message are sent only if you press send in your mail app. We use them solely to answer your question and delete correspondence on request.

4. Donations

Donations are processed by Buy Me a Coffee (buymeacoffee.com). We never see or store your payment details; their privacy policy applies on their site.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of any personal data you sent us (e.g. by email), and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us via the Help / FAQ page.

6. Cookies and local storage

Via Moto uses no marketing or analytics cookies. Only essential browser storage is used so the site remembers your language and preferences. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
